Why TerraMar? Because you work hard and you want to make the most out of your time off. Simply put, it comes down to passion and experience. Travel and adventure are our passions. The packages we sell and the trips we plan are all thoroughly researched and field tested.
Why TerraMar? You may ask “Can’t I plan this on my own?” or “What is the difference between TerraMar and all the other travel agents out there?” Maybe you could plan your own trip. If we put our name on it, we have done it and we have loved it. Before we market a country we go there, we inspect the hotels, we interview the tour operators we try the trips. Usually it’s what makes our job great. But, sometimes we take it on the chin for you. Check out these videos:
The hotels advertised this trip as “a challenging hike with spectacular views of the lake and all the way to Costa Rica.” Needless to say, we did not see Costa Rica. Nine of the twelve hikers did not even make it to the top. Though I am proud to have made it to the summit, I cannot describe it as fun.
