Description: Has flying been a dream or would you like to become a professional airline pilot? Always curious if it was as easy as they make it look in the movies?
Or do you still yearn to shoot Iceman out of the sky in a dog fight?
Well... here's your chance:
The discovery flight is designed to help you understand what flying is about and all that is involved. The discovery flight will actually be your very first logable flight lesson and possibly the beginning of a lifelong passion. The discovery flight you will take lasts approximately 30 minutes. This will be an actual 30 minutes of you flying!
First we will sit down with an instructor, go over the basics physics of flight including procedures, pre-inspection, rules and why it flies.
We will be doing this at a small local airport flying real single prop Cessnas, Diamonds and Pipers.
Clothing and Equipment: They provide the planes, dress is casual.
Directions: Directions will be sent to all registrants

Thanks to 9/11, you now have to either be a US citizen or pass a background check to get flight credit for in this event. You can take the flight if you are not a citizen. But, you need to get the background check to get credit towards a license
