Calling all runners - Meeting to prep for training for the Broad Street Run

Once again, this year, we will be getting together to form a training team for the Broad Street Run. The run is on May 3, 2009 and is the best 10 mile run in the entire country. Join our team and train together to kick some butt this year. If Broad Street goes well, we may keep going, training for a half or full marathon.

Saturday I want to get together to kick it all off. If you are interested in joining our team for motivation, friendship and health, join us this weekend to set up a plan and push it to the max.

We will also be running to raise money for charity. So, each participant will be expected to help in reaching our goal of raising $100 per runner.
